Agreement and Cooling-off Period:

By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions and the procedure of SplashFame.nl and waive your statutory cooling-off period.

Cancellation and Modification:

Orders can be canceled or modified as long as our servers have not yet started the delivery process of the service and/or the product.

Processing and Refund:

Orders are processed within 48 hours. If this is not the case, you can request a refund, unless there are circumstances beyond SplashFame.nl's control.

Risk and Liability:

The use of our products, such as followers or likes, is at your own risk. SplashFame.nl is not responsible for any reprimands and/or blocks of your account. If the purchased product disappears, SplashFame.nl is not liable. The terms for possible refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Refill Guarantee:

The refill period of the product is 30 days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. This guarantee expires if the username is changed or if a purchase for the same content is made from another provider.

Incorrect Information:

Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrectly filled-in usernames or content links, or because the account is set to private, will be marked as delivered.

Communication:

During payment, you must provide an email address. This email address will be used to contact you in case of problems. If we cannot reach you and the delivery period has expired, we cannot refund the purchase amount.

Personal Data:

During the ordering process, your IP address may be registered and stored. Personal data is never given and/or sold to third parties. More information on how we handle personal data is stated in our Privacy Policy.

Abuse and Fraud:

In cases of abuse and/or fraud, we will report in every situation.

All our products come with a 100% guarantee for 30 days. If the same product has been previously purchased from another provider, we do not offer a guarantee on your purchase.
